Customer FAQs

Q: How will I know when I will be able to order Xfinity or Comcast Business services?

A: You will be receiving additional mail from us as we continue construction in your area and when you can sign up for our services. If you’d like to be notified as soon as our technicians have completed construction, please provide your contact information and one of our service professionals will be glad to contact you.

Q: Is this work just on my street?

A: Every construction project can have unique elements, but it’s likely this work is being done throughout your town, so that everyone may enjoy Xfinity or Comcast Business services. You will see Xfinity and Comcast Business trucks in the area as this work will be done over the next several months. Check our construction schedule to find out when your street will be activated.

Q: Will someone need to enter my house?

A: At this time, we do not need to enter your home. All construction work is being done on the street and external to your home. Once you order Xfinity or Comcast Business services, we will coordinate a date and time for a technician to complete any installation work, if needed.

Q: How do I find out more about Xfinity?

A: If you provide your contact information, we’ll keep you informed about the progress and our services. You are also welcome to visit an Xfinity Retail Store where you can speak to a representative about Xfinity Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Phone. Find your nearest store location by clicking here.

Q: How do I find out more about Comcast Business?

A: Comcast Business customizes solutions for each business’s needs, so it is best to speak to a Business consultant. If you provide your contact information, a Business Consultant will be glad to follow-up.
